Dear Rob,
Thank you for being there to answer the phone when I made the call about finding a place for Buffy on a Saturday. Some of the other cemeteries that I called either didn't answer or had a recording. They didn't answer for several hours. We hadn't planned on Buffy leaving us so soon. We were very upset and wanted to make arrangements right away, not wait until Monday. Thank you for meeting us that afternoon after speaking with you that morning. I am glad that you picked her up as soon as possible that Saturday. She looked so beautiful the way that you had her laid out in her coffin. Her fur was so soft just as it was when she was alive. The pillow and pet liner was very pretty. It helped me and my husband feel so much better to see her and say our last farewells. My grandson, who is only 7 years old, felt comfortable enough to pet her and to tell her goodbye without being afraid to touch her. Her coffin was very pretty. You gave us as long as we needed to visit with our precious pet before taking her to her final resting place in the cemetery. The cemetery is very beautiful. It is comforting to know that she is there and I can come and visit her when I want. The literature that you gave me was very comforting. I have read the poems several times already and it made me feel better. Thank you for the information on pet loss group meetings. The whole service made me and my husband feel right about the decision that we made to use your services. Thank you again for your kindness and understanding. Buffy was so very special to our family. The service was a great tribute to her. I will definetely use your service again.
